Kenneth C. Edelin, Jr., a married father of four children, has the reputation of being an excellent trial attorney and advocate for the disenfranchised.

Ken Edelin joins the firm with twelve (12) years of litigation experience.  Mr. Edelin came to Philadelphia after graduating Howard University School of Law to join the Defender Association of Philadelphia as a trial attorney.  Mr. Edelin worked his way through the various departments at the Defender's office, including major trials and juvenile special defense, earning the reputation as a top notched trial attorney.

After six (6) years at the Defender's state office, Mr. Edelin moved to their Federal office where he was a trial attorney for six (6) years as well.  Again, Mr. Edelin quickly earned the reputation as an exceptional advocate.

In February of 2008, Ken left his employ with the Defender Association and opened his own practice, Kenneth Edelin Esq, P.C.  In January of 2009 he joined the firm of Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman as a staff attorney and to head the newly formed criminal defense division of the firm.

Throughout his career, Kenneth C. Edelin Jr. has been known as a superb trial attorney and a defender of the rights of the disadvantaged.  Ken has successfully tried hundreds of cases to verdict and brings this skill set to Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman.  Mr. Edelin will be an integral part of the trial team, practicing in both the criminal defense and personal injury arenas.
